At Sasquatch Pest Control, our work is backed by a 100% Service Guarantee. Owned and operated by Kristofer Elling right here in Whatcom County, we stand behind every treatment we perform. If a covered pest problem comes back between scheduled visits, so do we — we will re-service your home or business at no additional charge, as long as the situation still meets your original service agreement and the pest we treated for.

What the 100% Service Guarantee Means for You

Pest pressure in the Pacific Northwest does not always quit after one visit — ants, rodents, spiders, and overwintering pests can push back. That is exactly why the guarantee exists. If the pests covered by your plan return between services, you simply call or text us at 360-410-2199 and we come back out to re-treat at no extra cost. There are no long-term contracts locking you in, and we never charge cancellation or skip fees.

So there are no surprises, here are the full terms and conditions that accompany our service agreement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the results of the service, Sasquatch Pest Control will perform further service at no additional charge, so long as conditions meet the original service agreement terms and the specified pest.

Customer Cooperation

To achieve the best possible results, the customer should correct conditions that contribute to the breeding and harborage of pests when instructed to do so by a Sasquatch Pest Control representative. Failure to do so may prolong the problem and void the guarantee until those conditions are corrected.

Materials

All materials used comply with federal, state, and local laws and effective regulations.

Insurance

A certificate of insurance will be provided to the customer upon request.

A Change in Law

Sasquatch Pest Control performs services according to federal, state, and local laws. Should a change in existing law occur, Sasquatch Pest Control reserves the right to revise the service charge on the agreement.

Pest Damage

Sasquatch Pest Control is not responsible for and does not guarantee against past, present, or future damage to any structure or its contents, nor provide for the repair or replacement thereof. This agreement does not provide for the control of termites, wood-boring beetles, or any pest not specified in your agreement.

Rodent Control Placement

The customer must not disturb, move, or change rodent control placements or their contents. Sasquatch Pest Control reserves the right to charge for lost or damaged bait stations or other rodent control placements. Where tamper-resistant placements are required by law, an additional fee may apply.

Disclaimer

Any liability Sasquatch Pest Control has, written or implied, under this agreement is voided if we are prevented from fulfilling our responsibility by an act of God or by circumstances beyond our control.

Non-Payment & Default

If a bill is not paid within a reasonable time period, or a collection agency is hired to collect outstanding money, interest at the highest legal rate, collection fees, and reasonable attorney fees may be charged. Sasquatch Pest Control reserves the right to refuse extra service on an account with a balance outstanding for more than two months, or where the initial service charge has not been paid in full.

Cancellation of Service

Sasquatch Pest Control does not apply any cancellation or skip fees. We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement should a large lapse in service occur and our technicians determine that control can no longer be achieved.
